There are trash bins on the camping sites, but you should bring all your trashes with you back to canoe base. There you can recycle the transhes.

You can start your trip either in the early morning or in the evening (around 6pm). If you want to start your trip in the morning and have a full day on waters, you can arrive to the canoe base in the previous night if needed. If you arrive to the canoe base during the day, you can start your trip at 6pm (and don´t worry about the dark, during the summer Finland has light until 9pm at least, during the midsummer there is not real dark nights at all). During the day time guide can have transportation trips to Naarajoki, Puumala, Juva, or any other locations.
Yes you can. Just let us know you will come there and what time. You can use your own tent to spend time in there or sleep in very basic dorm. Guide will come on the canoe base next morning

Depends on the route. Mainly not but in black route there is possibility to buy food but you need to walk 2 km one to reach this very small shop. So better to take enough food for whole trip with you.
