Yes and No. You can sleep in the nature with restrictions of everyone’s right to roam . You need to keep distance to any building at least 150 meters (preferably even more)
Yes they are. Camping sites have composting toilets , places to put tents and fireplace. They also have normally firewood too. Wood you need to chop yourself.
Yes. Few of them has sauna. Ask your guide about the locations of the saunas, when he gives you route info. One hour is 35€ or public turns are 10€/person. You pay directly at sauna by cash or afterwards by money transfer.
There are trash bins on the camping sites, but you should bring all your rubbish with you back to canoe base. There you can recycle them.

Yes, but you should contact contact us in advance by phone, WhatsApp or email to make sure that we know you are coming and we don't have plans already for that day. The further in advance you book, the better.
In July/ start of August we We advise you to book at least two months in advance. Those months are busy and to make sure that we will have canoe/ kayak for you the more advance you make more better.
No. Water is still cold in May and start of May it can be still snowy and water might have ice on it.
Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been paid.. Confirmed reservation will be delivered to your email. This might take days. Let us know that you have paid prepayment and we will check it from the account.
Ask us! The weather in September can change in a single day. and winds are getting stronger. For safety, only people with lots of experience can rent. We do not offer rentals after 15 September.
You can start your trip either in the early morning or in the evening (around 6pm). If you want to start your trip in the morning and have a full day on waters, you can arrive to the canoe base in the previous night if needed. If you arrive to the canoe base during the day, you can start your trip at 6pm (and don´t worry about the dark, In summer, it stays light in Finland until at least 9 pm , during the midsummer there is not real dark nights at all). During the day time guide can have transportation trips to Naarajoki, Puumala, Juva, or any other locations.
Yes you can. Just let us know you will come there and what time. You can use the toilet and fireplace when you are waiting the guide to arrive.
